The role


You will provide amazing customer service to our BrightPlan clients and your BrightPlan and Plancorp colleagues. Client communication is via email and phone, responding promptly and accurately to client questions and resolving issues with their BrightPlan account and BrightPlan Investment Account(s). You will develop a repeatable process for resolving client issues quickly and in a way that delights clients. You will document the process so that it can scale efficiently as the client success team grows. You should have the desire and flexibility to take on new challenges and to learn how to resolve issues we have not seen before as we roll out new offerings. You will need to have the confidence and ability to troubleshoot issues with our third party vendors (Yodlee / TD Ameritrade / Hubspot). 

We need you to be eligible for permanent employment by any employer in the US, and we are not accepting agency referrals.
