The role

As our Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will create and execute strategies and campaigns to develop our pipeline of enterprise customers. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B technology company marketing to an enterprise audience, with a strong content background and an ability to thrive on the variety that comes with being a on a small team.

 

In this role you will have a hand in all our marketing initiatives, including our website, original content, sales enablement materials, social media, digital marketing, and market research. Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the executive team to continue to define our brand voice and act as the lead copywriter for all brand and sales materials
    • Partner with our Sales team to plan the right mix of sales enablement materials (case studies, datasheets, whitepapers, etc.), and take the lead in creating or contracting the creation of those materials
    • Develop and manage a content strategy that employs a mix of freelance and in-house contributors to position BrightPlan as a thought leader in our industry
    • Oversee website messaging and content
    • Plan and manage sponsorships, setup, and speaking opportunities at industry conferences
    • Gather and analyze market intelligence to influence our marketing content, sales messages, and product development
    • Work with the executive team and internal and external resources to achieve key goals.



Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in a B2B Enterprise Marketing role in the technology space
    • Experience writing and producing long and short form marketing content
    • Attention to detail and strong task and project management skills
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience managing events and conference sponsorships
    • Thrives working in a dynamic startup environment, switching between working independently and collaborating with team members
    • Experience marketing to HR and knowledge of the Benefits space a plus 

 

 

Experience:

 

Marketing in a B2B technology company: 3 years (Required)

Marketing: 5 years (Required)
