For Employers

Advisors compliment a holistic approach

You can’t just give employees a personal trainer and expect lasting results—success requires balancing workouts, meals, sleep, and lifestyle. Finances work the same way. Advisors are essential, but BrightPlan surrounds them with a comprehensive approach to drive long-term financial success.

Benefit Navigation

We keep all advisors fully informed and trained on your company benefits, policies, and guidance standards. They pull-forward these benefits as employees navigate their unique financial situations to support their individual goals.

Compliment your other Advisors

Many organizations work with specialized advisors. For instance, a US company’s 401(k) provider values BrightPlan because our advisors focus on overall financial wellness, letting their advisors concentrate on investments. By providing BrightPlan advisors, employees can better prioritize their finances, with retirement as a key part of long-term planning.

The AI Coach helps Advisors

Will AI replace human financial advisors? Not for a global workforce. Complex finances, volatile regulations, generational preferences, and diverse learning styles make human advisors essential. AI coaches complement them by guiding decisions, maximizing benefits, and educating employees, so advisor meetings can focus on what matters most.

Financial Wellness AI Coach

BrightPlan has transformed financial guidance with personalized real-time support, access to guidance 24/7, anywhere, in any language, to address each employee’s unique financial questions and needs.

Personalization That Meets Every
Employee Where They Are

Every financial journey is different, which is why BrightPlan is designed to feel uniquely personal to each employee. From the moment someone activates their account, the platform tailors the experience to their needs, goals, and priorities. A built-in Financial Health Assessment sets the stage by shaping an experience that reflects what matters most to them, whether that’s managing everyday spending, planning for a major life event, understanding equity, or simply getting started.

As employees progress using BrightPlan, it continuously adapts. Intelligent cues surface the right guidance and next steps at the right time, helping people stay focused and build sustainable momentum. No two journeys look the same, and that’s by design: BrightPlan personalizes at scale, so each employee feels seen, supported, and empowered.

Intelligent-Always-On-Guidance

Intelligent, Always-On Guidance

Employees often need support in the moments between major financial decisions, while commuting, after a team meeting, or during a family conversation at night or on the weekend. BrightPlan’s AI Coach is there in those moments, offering real-time, fiduciary-level guidance in the employee’s preferred language.

The AI Coach understands each employee’s financial picture as well as the benefits their employer provides, offering contextual responses that help them take meaningful action right away. When employees prefer human support, fiduciary advisors (meaning act only in the employees best interest) are available with local expertise all able to be easily scheduled within BrightPlan. Together, the AI Coach and financial advisors deliver unparalleled flexibility, meeting employees in the way that works best for them.

That-Strengthen-Financial-Confidence-and-Literacy

That Strengthen Financial Confidence and Literacy

Financial education should feel practical, timely, and relevant, but not overwhelming. BrightPlan’s Academy delivers a wide range of localized, translated education designed for every financial level and learning style. Short lessons, deep explorations, and guided paths help employees learn in ways that fit their lives.

As employees ask questions, receive guidance, or set goals, the platform recommends content that aligns with their needs. Education becomes more than information—it becomes a meaningful part of the employee’s progress, helping them build confidence and apply learning directly within the platform to their long term financial success

Measurable Impact for
Employees and Employers

BrightPlan doesn’t just support individual progress; it strengthens organizational resilience. As employees take action, set goals, and engage more deeply with their benefits, leaders gain a clearer view of workforce financial wellbeing. This visibility helps organizations anticipate needs, support employees more effectively, and maximize the return on their benefits investmentwithout adding complexity to existing systems.

For employers, integration shouldn’t be a burden. BrightPlan is intentionally designed to complement your existing technology and benefit ecosystem, not disrupt it. The platform fits naturally into your current workflows, giving your team a seamless experience while delivering a transformative one for your employees.

Across global workforces, organizations see meaningful outcomes: higher engagement, increased productivity, reduced turnover, improved retirement readiness, and stronger overall resilience. Employees consistently report lower stress, increased clarity, and deeper engagement with employer programs. BrightPlan’s global user satisfaction, reflected in a 95 Net Promoter Score, underscores the tangible difference the platform makes in people’s lives.

Security and Compliance You Can Trust

At BrightPlan, privacy and security are foundational, not optional. We exceed standard regulatory requirements and apply advanced protections to safeguard employee data at every step. Our practices align with the same rigorous standards outlined in our Privacy Policy, ensuring that information remains confidential, protected, and handled with care. Financial Wellness AI Coach

BrightPlan has transformed financial guidance with personalized real-time support, access to guidance 24/7, anywhere, in any language, to address each employee’s unique financial questions and needs.

A Central Hub for Total Financial Wellness

Content drives the power of AI

Simply put, there are two main types of AI. Open AI, like ChatGPT, draws from a wide range of internet sources, providing answers without regard to employer or employee risk. Closed AI, on the other hand, is trained on proprietary content and only responds based on controlled, trusted information.

BrightPlan’s AI Coach is a closed AI, trained on nearly 10 years of proprietary financial content designed solely in your employees’ best interests (commonly referred to as fiduciary). Unlike open AI, it avoids the risks of internet-sourced guidance, such as incorrect advice, product-selling bias, or exposure of sensitive employee information, ensuring safe, trustworthy support. These are risks any employer simply can't take on.

A Central Hub for Total Financial Wellness

Security and Compliance is a must

Similar to when people moved from going to banks to online banking, the biggest barrier to employee adoption is security. Employers must manage both security and compliance, and many vendors promoting AI capabilities downplay its importance. BrightPlan takes a different approach, investing in mandatory and voluntary audits and certifications to overcome this barrier for employees and give enterprise employers the confidence their employees' data is safe.

Unmatched Personalization for any employee, anywhere

For employees, here are three simple ways to use the AI Coach for 24/7 guidance—anytime, anywhere, and in any language, right in their pocket.

FinalcialWelnessAi

Company benefit visibility.

Employees don’t need to take any action. During implementation, the AI Coach is trained on your company benefits, allowing it to incorporate them into its guidance whenever relevant. This helps employees fully leverage benefits as intended, creating a new level of visibility that delivers real impact.

Set preferences.

Everyone manages their money differently, with some comfortable with higher risk for greater reward and others more conservative. The AI Coach adapts to each employee’s preferences, providing personalized guidance tailored to their approach.

Link accounts.

The AI Coach does not store financial information. Linking accounts simply gives it visibility into an employee’s financial picture, enabling personalized guidance. It takes just minutes, something that could take weeks with a human advisor to gather and interpret.

Set Goals.

Each employee can choose from existing goals or set their own. The AI Coach uses these goals to guide progress in line with what matters most to the employee while supporting a clear path toward long-term financial success.

AI That Leads the Way

While AI has recently gone mainstream, BrightPlan has been investing in it since 2019, with patents forming the foundation of the AI Coach. We understand the need to deliver the best employee experience, shaped by HR, technology, and evolving employee expectations like financial wellness. Our mission has always been rooted in the use of technology to enhance financial success for employees, helping deliver value to both employees and employers.

Data-backed-Insights-for-HR-Teams

Data-backed Insights for HR Teams

The AI Coach gives HR teams aggregated, anonymized data to reveal the true pulse of employees with the ability to break it down into segments of your population, enabling faster and more informed responses to their needs.

  • For example, if the executive team decides to discontinue meal tickets in an Eastern European country, the CEO might ask the head of HR about employee reactions. Using AI data, the CHRO can quickly see a spike in questions to the AI Coach regarding the financial impact on employees and address the CEO’s question with data-backed insights.
  • Another example, a sudden spike in retirement questions to the AI Coach signals HR to align communications, highlighting relevant resources and promoting access to the retirement provider.

No more worrying about which surveys and questions best gauge employee sentiment. HR teams can now see the questions employees are actually asking and gain unprecedented insight to better support their workforce.
